Love for cartoons.
Marina Kastor was born in Russia and always loved animation and games. At first she wanted to become a programmer, but after 2 years of software ingeneering faculty she recieved an offer to work in an animation studio and couldn’t go back.
Animation education
Since then she studied in the two-year Animation Direction course of School-Studio “SHAR”, which is one of the central places for Russian indipendent animation, and worked with many other studios as an artist and animator. When the opportunity rises, she always enjoys taking other educational courses such as the history of avant-garde film, artistic composition or 3D graphics.
Now
In 2022 Marina moved to the state of Georgia and continued to live and work from here. With full commitment to animation, she aims to produce the best artistic solutions while keeping it balanced with her personal life.
